Sample termsSEASONAL SNOW REMOVAL AGREEMENT This agreement is between [Business name] and [Customer name] for snow removal at [Customer address]. 1. Service period From Nov 1, 2026 to Apr 15, 2027. 2. What we clear and when We clear the driveway and sidewalk once 5 cm or more of snow has fallen. We aim to finish within 24 hours after the snow stops. During heavy or long storms we work through our route in our own order, so we can't promise a time or your place in the order. Extras included: none. 3. What is not included Unless it is listed above: snow on roofs, hauling snow away, ice under packed snow (unless salting or sanding is included), areas not listed above, and damage to things hidden under the snow or not marked. 4. Your part Before the ground freezes, mark the edges of the areas we clear and anything we could hit (curbs, garden edges, sprinkler heads, rocks). When snow is coming, keep the areas clear of vehicles and other things. We clear around anything left in the way. 5. Price and payments The price is $650.00 for the season. You pay it in 5 payments: $130.00 on Nov 1, 2026, $130.00 on Dec 1, 2026, $130.00 on Jan 1, 2027, $130.00 on Feb 1, 2027 and $130.00 on Mar 1, 2027. We send an invoice for each payment. If a payment is late, we send a reminder. 6. Cancelling Either of us can end this agreement with 14 days' notice in writing. You can text your notice to the shop. If you paid ahead, we refund the prepaid months still to come, and the current month less the visits already done in it. 7. Weather and access Extreme cold, freezing rain, blizzards, road closures, breakdowns or blocked access can delay us. We don't work when it isn't safe. Snow left by city plows, or snow that falls after we clear, waits for the next visit unless it reaches the depth above. 8. Damage and liability If you think we damaged something, tell us within 48 hours so we can look at it. Our liability is limited to the price of this agreement, except where the law says otherwise. 9. Contact Questions or problems: call or text the shop.
