Can it tell a burst pipe from a dripping tap?

Yes. It asks whether water is still running, where it's going, and whether it's getting into walls or another unit. Burst pipes, flooding, sewer backups and ceiling leaks are treated as emergencies. A dripping tap gets booked as a regular job.

Will it quote prices to callers?

Only the prices you give it, like your service call fee and after-hours rate. It won't guess what a job will cost. It tells callers the plumber will price the job on site.

What does my on-call plumber get?

A text with the caller's address, phone number and a one-line summary of the problem. If the caller wants, it can connect them straight to your on-call plumber.
